About the AI Innovation Team at Pandora:
Our Data and Analytics (D&A) AI team is at the forefront of pioneering AI innovations at Pandora. As an AI Ethics Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our Responsible AI strategy and facilitating the integration of AI technologies across Pandora's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible AI Strategy: Partner with legal and compliance departments to continuously refine and enforce AI safety protocols, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Champion initiatives focused on responsible AI practices, highlighting transparency, fairness, accountability, and bias mitigation in AI models utilized within Pandora. Training and Development: Design and implement training sessions on AI for internal stakeholders, promoting a thorough understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the responsible incorporation of Generative AI technologies throughout Pandora's supply chain. AI Integration across Operations: Collaborate with business units to pinpoint opportunities for embedding AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, creativity, and innovation across various functions. Work alongside Product Managers in AI innovation to execute initiatives aimed at piloting and deploying AI technologies, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and responsible AI practices. Data Science and AI Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in AI for the onboarding of new tools at Pandora, ensuring their technical suitability for business opportunities and adherence to ethical and technical best practices.Qualifications for Success:
A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a profound understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making processes. Experience in executing Responsible AI practices, including the development of guidelines, bias mitigation, and ensuring the ethical application of AI technologies. Proven proficiency in Generative AI technologies and a history of successfully integrating such solutions into operational frameworks. Act as a trusted AI advisor for all business areas, demonstrating expertise in AI and a willingness to learn and explore new opportunities. Lead internal training for citizen data scientists, promoting AI literacy within Pandora, which requires the ability to translate complex technical subjects into relatable business language and examples. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams are essential.
