About the Role

Munich Re Specialty Group is seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy and AI Ethics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing operational Data Privacy, AI, and Data Ethics requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of efficient operational data privacy, AI, and ethics practices, strategies, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish policies, standards, and procedures for data management and AI use.
  • Develop and implement Data Sharing and Use Standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business rules.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Operational Data Privacy Improvement plans, ensuring consistent outcomes that integrate into existing Data Privacy and Data Governance Operating Models.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data privacy, AI, Data Ethics, Data Governance, and management, preferably in the financial services regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, governance principles, regulation, data management practices, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks and standards.
