About the AI Innovation Team at Pandora:

Our Data and Analytics (D&A) AI team is at the forefront of pioneering AI innovations at Pandora. As an AI Ethics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Responsible AI Strategy and facilitating the seamless integration of AI technologies across Pandora's business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible AI Strategy: Partner with legal and compliance departments to continuously refine and implement AI safety protocols, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Lead initiatives that emphasize responsible AI practices, focusing on transparency, fairness, accountability, and bias mitigation in AI models utilized within Pandora. Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions on AI for internal stakeholders, promoting a thorough understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the responsible integration of Generative AI technologies throughout Pandora's supply chain. AI Integration Across Operations: Collaborate closely with various business units to identify opportunities for embedding AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, creativity, and innovation across diverse supply chain functions. Work alongside Product Managers in AI innovation to pilot and implement AI technologies, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and responsible AI practices. Expertise in Data Science and AI: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in AI for the onboarding of new tools at Pandora, ensuring their technical compatibility with business needs and adherence to ethical and best practice standards in AI.

Qualifications for Success:

A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a profound understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making processes. Experience in implementing Responsible AI practices, including the development of guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and ensuring the ethical application of AI technologies. Proven expertise in Generative AI technologies and a history of successfully integrating such solutions into operational frameworks. Act as a trusted AI advisor for all business areas, demonstrating subject matter expertise in AI and a willingness to learn and discover new opportunities. Lead internal training initiatives for citizen data scientists, promoting AI literacy within Pandora, which requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into relatable business language and examples. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for engaging with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams. A commitment to ongoing learning and staying informed about AI ethics, regulations, and industry best practices, including sustainability and human rights considerations.
