We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team at Dover Street Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and retaining new relationships with clients, both in-store and internationally, as well as introducing existing clientele to DSM. By delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting clients' needs, you will aim to achieve and exceed the Company's key financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling, directing and driving sales revenue.
  • Delivering monthly and seasonal sales targets, working closely with the team to do so.
  • Ensuring customers are added to the DSM database.

Stock and Brand Management:

  • Taking ownership of specific brands as a brand ambassador.
  • Offering advice, expertise, and feedback around buying and brand placement.
  • Participating in bi-weekly stock deliveries processing.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of retail sales experience within a luxury business for at least 5 years.
  • Specific understanding of Comme des Garcons Fashion House, aesthetic, consumer, and sub-brands.
  • Previous experience in selling CDG brands is an advantage.
  • Strong language skills would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Retail Pro software is a plus.
