About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Inclusion and Culture Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Coach and develop employees to maximize their potential while nurturing our culture.
- Lead key initiatives that support employee check-ins and action planning.
- Identify and present new training opportunities to the Director team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing circumstances.
