About you:

As a seasoned cultural leader, you have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and driving service improvement. Working closely with the Head of Service for Culture and Leisure, you will redesign and implement an efficient, customer-focused Culture service. You will oversee staff management, foster external partnerships, and ensure the Culture service remains at the heart of Exeter's community.

Your role will be pivotal in aligning the service with the Council's broader goals, driving process improvements, and ensuring value for money in all service areas.

You will also manage financial budgets and oversee the performance and development of your team.

About the team:

You will be working with an enthusiastic and dedicated team that includes the RAMM Management team, Corn Exchange Manager, Visitor Facilities Manager, Guildhall Manager, and the Arts & Events Lead.
