Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective utilisation of our fleet and equipment across the South West.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality fleet maintenance services
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to meet departmental KPIs and job cycle times
- Implement and deliver a continuous improvement and workplace methodology for fleet maintenance activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet maintenance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
