Financial Manager

We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager to join our team at dnata Travel Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing management accounts, including supporting activities and schedules. This will include VAT returns and preparing additional reports and schedules for quarterly reporting and year-end audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management accounts team in preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet) and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Support the production of supporting schedules for annual statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy, dynamic Finance department within a diverse team.
- Previous management experience.
- A proven track record of producing accurate management accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build great working relationships with stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a high-volume business.
- The ability to influence and support colleague development.
