Job Title: Account Manager Enterprise

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Enterprise to join our team at Conspicuous. As a key member of our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals using our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture strong customer relationships and provide strategic advice to help clients meet their goals, overcome challenges, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or contract expansions.
  • Organise regular customer reviews and provide expert guidance to help clients maximise their use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution, in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT, including the use of common software applications.
