Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our People Centre team as a Data and HR Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the People Centre team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new candidates, including facilitating employment contracts and ensuring accurate data recording on HR systems.
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates on the onboarding process.
  • Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clear communication with customers and team members to manage expectations.
  • Proactively resolve queries within expected timescales, demonstrating a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Standard Grades including English and Mathematics.
  • CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law.
