Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our People Centre team as a Data and HR Coordinator.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new candidates and providing first-line interaction with Recruiting Managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the administration of employment contracts, managing HR data, and ensuring accurate recording on HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance with cases generated on the case management system, taking ownership of cases while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Facilitate the administration of employment contracts and onboarding of new candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates on the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.
  • Ensure HR data is recorded accurately on HR systems, aligning with payroll deadlines and maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People Centre team, managing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business, with a proactive approach to resolving queries.
  • Confidence in providing guidance and advice in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail when updating HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance.
Education and Qualifications
  • Standard Grades including English and Mathematics.
  • CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential).
