HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert advice and support to our employees and line managers on all aspects of HR, including employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and line managers on employment-related matters, including performance management, capability, discipline, and grievance.
- Act as a focal point for all stakeholders regarding issues relating to conditions of employment, salary, benefits, and employee relations.
- Proactively manage live employee relations issues and provide advice and assistance on immigration matters.
- Support with resourcing and recruitment, including job description creation, interview coordination, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and other construction trades, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide advice and support on complex compensation and benefit queries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including reorganisation, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE transfer projects.
- Proven experience in a HR/People Advisor role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and legislation.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
