Job Opportunity

Experis IT is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Devonport. This is a 12-month contract position, working 3 days on-site, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 (Umbrella).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate recording of HR data on our systems, meeting payroll deadlines.
  • Update the HR system Success Factors with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law.

Requirements:

  • Standard Grades including English and Mathematics.
  • CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential).

About the Role:

This role is critical to ensuring the People Centre delivers high-quality services and meets business expectations. As an HR Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the People Centre Team and stakeholders to provide a professional and efficient service. You will be expected to demonstrate strong HR administrative skills and a customer-focused approach.
