We're proud to offer a range of projects across various sectors, including defence and nuclear. As a Senior Nuclear Safety Engineer in our ADS&T division, you'll play a vital role in delivering significant defence-related programmes across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing nuclear safety case strategies
  • Collaborating with project partners to ensure safety-informed design
  • Conducting safety assessments and analysis, including risk evaluation
  • Preparing safety reports and technical documents
  • Supporting Engineering Substantiation activities
  • Managing and leading Safety Case teams

You'll work alongside talented colleagues across all disciplines, providing safety leadership, support, and delivery. We value flexibility, so while your office base will be in Bristol, Manchester, Silchester, or Glasgow, you may occasionally work from client sites.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in safety, preferably within defence and nuclear domains or other highly regulated industries
  • A strong desire for growth and development within our organisation
  • The ability to embrace digital technologies and apply them to nuclear safety
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex ideas effectively
  • Honours Degree (or equivalent) in physics, mechanical engineering, or a closely related discipline (2:1 minimum)
