We offer a competitive salary of **£60,000 - £80,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

**Job Description:** As a Nuclear Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in assessing risks for our nuclear clients, helping them to achieve their low-carbon energy ambitions. Your responsibilities will include producing hazards assessments, authoring safety cases, and supporting critical decision-making in the design, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. You will also work closely with clients to influence their strategic direction and develop business pipelines within your capability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of nuclear safety principles and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering team, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and expertise. A security clearance may be required for this position.
