Nuclear Safety Case Manager Job Description

The Lead Safety Case Engineer is required to provide safety case strategy support to the client's project portfolio. This role involves ensuring that all stakeholders maintain a strong nuclear safety culture while developing the safety case strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploying defence and other relevant standards while incorporating industry good practice
  • Ensuring that project Safety Management Arrangements (SMAs) are in place
  • Providing assurance that proposed engineered solutions satisfy client requirements

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer status or able to attain chartered status
  • Qualification to degree level in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
  • Experience in safety case management and delivery within an operational and highly regulated environment

Salary Range: £70,000 - £95,000 per annum

Location: UK
