Job Title: Care Coordinator
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care by engaging with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of vital medical supplies.
- Process orders and prescriptions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels, guaranteeing timely stock replenishment.
- Nurture strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Manage courier queries related to deliveries and collections.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on key business priorities, products, and medical conditions.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role (face-to-face or virtual).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office) and attention to detail.
