We’re looking for a Treatment Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at our private dental practice, HRS Dental Care.

The principal job of a Treatment Co-ordinator is to take potential customers from our marketing channels through our patient journey, providing 5 star customer service and enhancing their dental experience. The journey starts before treatment, continuing until after the treatment has been completed.

A background in dentistry is helpful but not essential. You will be supported throughout your professional development by a range of clinical and non-clinical staff. Training for the role will include online courses and also one-to-one training with some of the countries leading training consultants.

The role will include:

- Calling patients who contact us via telephone
- Liaising with internal customers who require further information about treatments
- Arranging video consultations with all patients as required via Zoom
- Guiding the patient through our Patient Journey
- Explaining different treatments to patients using live aids and dental software
- Booking appointments for patients
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth delivery of all dental care
- Explaining consent forms to patients
- Arranging finance options for patients
- Acquiring video and written testimonials from patients with consent
- Organising gifts and Thank You cards for patients
- Following up with patients who have not progressed into treatment
- Offering a concierge service to all private patients
- Collating activity reports monthly
- The use of a CRM system to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitoring and updating social media channels
- Collating a monthly e-newsletter
- Monitoring and gaining Google Reviews

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Benefits**:
