We are looking for a dedicated and skilled HVAC engineer to join our team as a training instructor. In this role, you will work closely with 30 apprentices who are pursuing their HVAC qualifications.

\

Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and assessment to ensure the apprentices' success. You will also play a crucial role in shaping their skills and knowledge, preparing them for a successful career in the industry.

\

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a strong background in HVAC service/maintenance engineering. Living within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge is also a requirement.

\

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
