**Job Description:** Senior Instructor - Electrical Installations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Instructor - Electrical Installations to join our team at Educated Appointments. This is a full-time opportunity based in Cambridge.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of instructors to deliver high-quality training and assessment in electrical installations. You will work closely with the teaching delivery team to develop and implement effective learning programs and ensure that learners achieve their qualifications.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of instructors, developing and delivering training materials, assessing learner progress, and maintaining accurate records of learner performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of instructors to deliver high-quality training and assessment
  • Developing and delivering training materials for electrical installations
  • Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner performance and progress

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual who has a passion for delivering high-quality training and assessment in electrical installations. You should have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of electrical installation, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
