Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Training Manager to join their team in Milton, Cambridge. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring 30 apprentices in their HVAC qualifications.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ level 3 qualification in HVAC Service/Maintenance Engineering and have a background in the industry. The successful applicant will work closely with the apprentices, providing coaching, assessing, and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their T1, T2, and T3 HVAC qualifications
  • Assess and mentor apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Manage own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification in HVAC Service/Maintenance Engineering
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
