Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in London. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net.

About the Role:

  • Support the front office order management and decision-making tools, as well as back office trade reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with software developers, testers, and BAs, as well as 3rd party data providers for 3rd line support.
  • Work in a hybrid work from home model, with two days in the office per week.
  • Be part of a global team that provides 24/7 support to internal users across the globe.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or trading environment.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and excellent communication skills.
  • Degree educated, Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
