Manufacturing Finance Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Finance Business Partner to join our team at Westmill. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial performance of our Selby Rice Mill and other manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on factory financial performance, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to build strong relationships across the business, driving procurement and logistics of rice raw materials.
  • Deliver complete and accurate period and year-end reporting, as well as accurate and robust budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse site expenditure and support capital investment proposals, providing decision-making support across all areas of the rice supply chain.

Requirements

We are looking for a professionally qualified individual (CIMA or ACCA preferred) with a demonstrable track record of delivery in a Finance business partnering role. Knowledge of manufacturing finance is highly desirable. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to evidence a logical and astute approach to solving business problems.
