The role of Manufacturing Finance Business Partner is a pivotal part of our Selby site management team, responsible for all aspects of finance for our Selby Rice Mill, as well as having the opportunity to be involved with our other manufacturing sites and business-wide manufacturing projects.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting factory financial performance, costing new tenders, working closely with our Commercial team to build great relationships across the business, and delivering complete and accurate period and year-end reporting, along with accurate and robust budgets and forecasts.

We are looking for a professionally qualified individual with a demonstrable track record of delivery in a Finance business partnering role, with knowledge of manufacturing finance highly desirable. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential, as well as the drive, influence, and resilience to implement change where necessary.
