Manufacturing Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Finance Business Partner to join our team at Westmill. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and support to our manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial team to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze site expenditure and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support capital investment proposals and provide decision-making support across all areas of the rice supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in finance (CIMA or ACCA preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivery in a finance business partnering role.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing finance and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and influence business decisions.
