About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and professional marketing experience and advice to customers to ensure they get the best price for their properties.
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties and advise vendors on the best price and service to achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and develop a reputation as a local market expert.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the team to download new properties and agree a strategy to match potential purchasers.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
  • Help motivate and inspire the team, running morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • Able to build great relationships and turn valuations into listings.
  • Drive and determination, with plenty of get up and go, pace, passion, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work hard and stay focused in a pressurised environment.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in people and helping them on their journey.
  • Full driving license.

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Car Allowance: £2,000 OR Company Car
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
