Property Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Lister to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized marketing experiences and advice to customers to ensure they achieve the best possible price for their properties.
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
- Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and develop a reputation as a local market expert.
- Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance.
- Work closely with the team to download new properties and agree on a suitable strategy to match potential purchasers.
- Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the estate agency business, maximizing income and profit from a range of products and services.
- Help motivate and inspire the team, leading morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Drive and determination, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and stay focused on achieving targets.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals.
- Full driving license required.
