About the Role

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Matching buyers and tenants with their ideal properties, utilizing our CRM system (Vebra Alto) to ensure seamless communication and up-to-date information.
  • Providing expert advice and showcasing properties to clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Managing and negotiating sales and lettings deals, ensuring smooth transactions and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborating with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in property sales and lettings, with a proven track record of success.
  • A full UK driving license, with access to our pool cars for viewings and appointments (subject to insurance approval).
  • Proactive and motivated, with a passion for delivering top-quality service to clients.
  • Flexibility to work most Saturdays, when our agency is busiest.
