Main Responsibilities- Maximise Member Experience: To create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages members to engage with our facilities and services.
- Support Sales and Retention: To contribute to the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported.
- Facilities Maintenance: To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the club, ensuring that facilities are always above expectation.
- Key Holder Duties: To be a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as required and ensuring that the club is secure and well-maintained.
- Membership Software: To have a good understanding of our membership software system and use it to manage member data and communicate with members effectively.
- Fitness Challenges and Classes: To stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and to participate in these initiatives to enhance the member experience.
- Support the Fitness Manager: To work closely with the Fitness Manager to ensure that the gym floor is well-maintained and that members are supported in their fitness goals.
- Product and Service Knowledge: To have a good understanding of the products and services offered by Everlast Gyms and to be able to communicate these effectively to members.
- Member Complaints: To competently deal with member complaints and ensure that the relevant manager is made aware.
- Outgoing Personality: To have an outgoing personality with a positive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Competence: To be competent with all administrative duties, including data entry and communication with members.
- Drive and Ambition: To be driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role.
- Flexibility: To be flexible and willing to work shifts to suit the needs of the business, and to take on additional duties where required to support team members.
- Target Focus: To be target-focused and committed to supporting the club in achieving sales and retention targets.
