Job Title: Commercial Trainer and Skills Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Trainer and Skills Advisor to join our Training Team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to small groups of learners, focusing on commercial skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our customers and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Manage and maintain physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure a high-quality training experience.
  • Design and develop learning materials to suit a range of customer needs and individual requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on commercial training and skills development.
  • Support the Commercial Training Manager in the management of commercial portfolio and delivery planning.
Requirements:
  • Industry-related vocational qualifications in electrical competency.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.
  • Must hold BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations.
