Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Delivering Training: You will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training on a series of software applications to our clients. This will involve working with our clients to understand their training needs and delivering training sessions that meet those needs.
- Producing Online Training Resources: You will be responsible for producing online training resources such as video tutorials and documentation for use across the business.
- Travelling and Client Meetings: You will be required to travel across the UK to deliver training, support and attend client meetings.
- Liaising with Other Departments: You will be responsible for liaising with other departments across the business to ensure that identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Working with the Projects Team: You will work closely with the Projects Team to ensure that all new applications being introduced are understood and successfully adopted by the user base.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
- Presentation and Training Skills: You will be comfortable presenting and training both 1 on 1 and in groups.
- Enthusiasm and Flexibility: You will have the ability to bring enthusiasm to the role and be flexible in your approach to training.
- IT Literacy: You will have a good understanding of IT systems and be proficient in MS Office packages.
- Travel and Time Management: You will be willing to travel when required and have good time management and organisational skills.
