Corporate Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Console Operator to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, evaluate, and log calls from employees, contractors, law enforcement, and members of the public in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate building data and emergency contact information.
- Support emergency building evacuations and other procedures throughout the EMEA area, ensuring the safety of all personnel.
- Monitor and respond to breaking news and other evolving world events, escalating to the management team as necessary.
- Operate and monitor building access, alarms, CCTV, and environmental tracking systems to identify and react to incidents.
- Produce data tracking reports, including card access swipe records and restricted access level reports, as required.
- Review CCTV footage as needed for investigative purposes.
- Complete SWORD and other reports as required by company policy.
- Perform additional functions as required and as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, using computer and paper-based systems.
- SIA Door Supervision (DS) and Public Space Surveillance (PSS/CCTV) licenses.
- A proactive approach to security and a commitment to maintaining high standards of performance, discipline, and presentation.
- Experience working in corporate security, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and experience, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good IT and administration skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Five years' checkable history and references, with the ability to pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
