Leadership Opportunity: Clinical Leadership Specialist - Wheelchair Services

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist - Wheelchair Services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Wheelchair Therapists and Wheelchair Technicians, working closely with the wider Therapy teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Clinical Sciences and hold HCPC registration. They must also have extensive experience in wheelchair services, including assessing children and adults with complex postural needs and managing/supervising junior staff.

Your Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and running the specialist wheelchair clinic, taking on more complex referrals, and providing supervision to staff. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Operational and Professional Lead to develop and implement clinical governance action plans and service development initiatives.
