At Search, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Leadership Professional to join our team in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with clinical supervisory experience to provide exceptional care and support to individuals on a mental health recovery pathway.

The role involves providing clinical leadership, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting tenants with personal goals and daily living skills. You will also be responsible for developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments, as well as overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development.

This is a varied role that requires the ability to provide hands-on care, support colleagues with training and mentoring, and maintain effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network. You will also need to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
