We are looking for a Clinical Leadership Professional to join our team in South Manchester.

This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate clinical leadership in a low-level needs supported accommodation service for individuals on a mental health recovery pathway.

As a Clinical Leadership Professional, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care, support tenants with personal goals and daily living skills, and develop person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

The role also involves overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development, maintaining effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.

This is a varied role with the ability to support colleagues with training and mentoring, as well as providing hands-on care as required.

The salary for this position is £38,000 per annum, and the working hours are Monday-Friday with some on-call duties.
