Carers FIRST in South Lincolnshire is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Support Advisor for Carers.

As a Support Advisor for Carers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of carers through your work. Your primary responsibilities will include managing conversations with carers to identify their needs, writing statutory carer assessments, and providing information and guidance to support carers in their roles.

This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support services, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage conversations with carers to identify their needs and preferences
  • Write high-quality statutory carer assessments
  • Provide information and guidance to support carers in their roles

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Proven experience in carer support services
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
