Job Description: We are recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Falkirk. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing overdue deliveries, expediting future/critical deliveries, raising requisitions and purchase orders, contractor time sheet reconciliation, filing, supplier statement reconciliation, supplier master-data maintenance, obtaining quotes from suppliers, client approvals, record-keeping, producing reports, and providing information packages as required.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, detailed record-keeping skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work to deadlines. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The successful candidate must hold GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English and have proficient use of Microsoft Office IT packages, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
