Pertemps Exeter Careers is seeking a seasoned Fire Safety Advisor to lead our fire safety team and support our Fire Officer in delivering expert guidance on fire safety risk management across the Trust.

You will be responsible for managing fire safety practices, ensuring all staff receive annual training and that fire safety standards are met in compliance with national legislation. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing fire safety policies and procedures, conducting regular fire risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to staff.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote fire safety awareness and best practices.
  • Conduct regular fire safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead fire safety training programs and workshops to educate staff on fire safety protocols.
  • Partner with external fire authorities to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as fire safety or risk management.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
