Compensation and Benefits Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Sherborne. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll calculations, including tax and NI deductions
- Managing employee data, including holiday entitlements and leave requests
- Preparing and submitting reports to HMRC
- Providing support to the payroll manager during system implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration (at least 1 year)
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately £13.50 per hour, based on a 6-month contract.
