You’ll have experience working in practice in a payroll team and delivering payroll for a large client base.

You’ll be comfortable with client communications and providing payroll on time to a high standard.

You’ll have an excellent knowledge of everything relating to PAYE.

As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in client relations, working with the rest of the team to meet our clients’ expectations.

Hunts Accountants is based in picturesque grounds on the outskirts of Dorset’s historic market town of Sherborne, with free on-site parking. You would be joining our team of fourteen staff who enjoy the benefits of our modern facilities. There is great access to countryside walks, runs and cycle rides from the office. We also offer the team access to Pilates twice a month. Offering these activities allows staff to choose those that suit them and support their general wellbeing.

**You will be**:

- Processing and calculating numerous payrolls
- Managing a portfolio of clients and their individual payroll requirements
- Preparing payslips in various formats and providing reports for clients and accountants
- Ensuring payroll data entry and quality of output is of the highest standard
- Liaising with HMRC in respect of client accounts or PAYE enquiries
- Managing a portfolio of client CIS returns, including preparation and submission
- Managing client pension auto-enrolment

**You’ll have**:
