Key Responsibilities- Lead on the introduction and maintenance of new systems, including scheme member and employer portals, to ensure high-quality data and efficient processes.
- Support data improvement initiatives and projects, including data cleansing and maintenance.
- Write and run systems reports using tools such as Tableau.
- Assist with the onboarding of employers onto new systems, such as i-Connect.
- Experience of working in a data or systems-focused role, ideally in pensions.
- Ability to lead on or be part of data cleansing and maintenance projects.
- Experience of writing and running systems reports.
- Knowledge of customer-facing web portals or data transfer systems.
- Flexible and agile working opportunities, including remote working.
- 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service.
