As a Lead Actuarial Analyst - Pricing at Ageas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's pricing strategy to drive growth and profitability. With your expertise in actuarial and statistical techniques, you will analyze complex data to inform pricing decisions that directly impact our business volume and profit.

The role involves managing detailed analysis of data using sophisticated models to recommend pricing actions that increase volume and profit. You will also be responsible for building pricing capability and core skills within the business, as well as influencing the strategic direction of the Risk Pricing team and within the wider Ageas UK Group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and coach Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Validate, review, and approve predictive and machine learning models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver up-to-date and accurate datasets for modelling, pricing, and monitoring to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and develop pricing models and support their deployment to optimize pricing performance.
  • Analyze pricing data and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.

Salary: Up to £70k per annum, depending on experience.
