Job Title: Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Assessment Unit at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating the care of children and young people attending the Paediatric Assessment Unit. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan the care of children and young people in the Paediatric Assessment Unit
  • Deliver high-quality, family-centred care to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience of working in a Paediatric setting
  • Knowledge of Paediatric nursing issues and current best practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
