Sales and Service Delivery Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Delivery Executive to join our Sales team in Telford, UK. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requests and delivering exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities:- You will communicate with customers to understand their technical inquiries.
- You will provide solutions to customers and pre-plan service jobs.
- You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Energy Technology and excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in computer software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
