Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts to minimize debt and optimize cash flow.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and set credit limits accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies to reduce credit risk and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Expertise in financial software, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Epicor).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
