About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of disabled children and their families. As a Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and services to individuals and families, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that each person receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and goals. We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (plus bank holidays), option to buy up to 10 days of additional annual leave, and a generous local government salary-related pension.
