In this capacity, you will work closely with Teachers and Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategies that promote academic achievement and social growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans in collaboration with Teachers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with Teachers and Parents.
  • Providing guidance and support to students in achieving their academic potential.

We require candidates with a commitment to safeguarding children, relevant qualifications, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is £20,000-£25,000 per annum.
