Pastoral Care Specialist

As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the social care and personal development of pupils.
You will work closely with teachers, families, and carers to promote positive behaviour and welfare.
Main Tasks- Promote positive relationships between pupils, teachers, and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pupil attendance and engagement.
- Support pupils with special educational needs and those not following a normal timetable.
- Act as a liaison between the school and external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination of specialist support services.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and training for this role.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Able to undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Salary Range: £33,000 - £43,000 per annum
