We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations. You'll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Our Personal Care Specialists are responsible for supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication. You'll also assist with household chores, meal preparation, and provide emotional support to help clients maintain their independence.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong sense of empathy and compassion, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You'll be self-motivated, reliable, and flexible, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills further.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including paid training, comprehensive induction program, and opportunities for career progression within our organization.
