We are seeking a Support Worker to be part of our fantastic Supported Living service in Blackburn

The ideal candidate will be positive, possess a can-do attitude, and have a genuine passion for providing effective support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities

Key responsibilities will include getting to know the individuals we support, contributing to the development of their person-centred plan, and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the individual

Daily documentation and maintaining a friendly and professional approach are also essential

Previous experience of Support Work would be advantageous, but applicants new to the sector will be considered as full training is provided

Please note that to work as a Support Worker for Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, you must be at least 18 years old
